• You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients

YugoReview does not verify recipient consent and assumes no liability for misuse of email features.

F. User Content

All feedback, messages, and data submitted through the platform remain your property.

By using YugoReview, you authorize us to:

• Display content within your private account dashboard

We do not publish reviews publicly or share them with third-party review platforms.

H. Fees & Payments

I. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, branding, and functionality are owned by YugoReview.

YugoReview does not guarantee:

K. Limitation of Damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to YugoReview during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, access to the Services will cease.
